"Madeleine"

Directions

Melt the butter slowly.
Combine sugar to the butter.
Add one by one the eggs, then finely the flour.

Full the tins, not completely. The madeleines will grow and a small hump will appear.

Bake on the middle shelf of your oven preeated to 340 F for 10 minutes.

It is delicious warm or not... !

  • 125 g melted butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g self-raising flour
