| Directions | Melt the butter slowly. Combine sugar to the butter. Add one by one the eggs, then finely the flour.
Full the tins, not completely. The madeleines will grow and a small hump will appear.
Bake on the middle shelf of your oven preeated to 340 F for 10 minutes.
